Starline Chems Terms & Conditions

 

By purchasing, accessing, or using any products or services provided by Starline Chems, the undersigned purchaser (“Buyer”) hereby acknowledges, represents, and agrees to the following terms and conditions in full:

 

1. Intended Use Only

 

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that all products sold by Starline Chems are intended solely for laboratory research and in vitro use.

Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or veterinary use.

 

 

2. No FDA Approval

 

Buyer understands and agrees that Starline Chems products:

    •    Are not drugs

    •    Are not dietary supplements

    •    Are not food additives

    •    Have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for use in humans or animals

 

 

3. Buyer Qualifications

 

Buyer represents and warrants that:

    •    They are at least 21 years of age

    •    They are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or professional

    •    They possess the knowledge, training, and facilities required to safely handle research chemicals

    •    They are legally permitted to purchase and possess research materials in their jurisdiction

 

 

4. Compliance With Laws

 

Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to those governing:

    •    Chemical handling

    •    Storage

    •    Transportation

    •    Research use

    •    Import/export

 

Buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring legal compliance in their jurisdiction.

 

 

5. Assumption of Risk

 

Buyer expressly acknowledges that research chemicals may involve unknown hazards and agrees to assume all risks associated with the purchase, handling, storage, disposal, and use of Starline Chems products.

 

Starline Chems makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding safety, fitness, or suitability for any purpose beyond research use.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starline Chems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

    •    Misuse of products

    •    Improper handling or storage

    •    Unauthorized use

    •    Failure to comply with this Agreement

 

Buyer agrees that all liability rests solely with the Buyer.

 

 

7. Indemnification

 

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Starline Chems, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

    •    Buyer’s misuse of products

    •    Violation of laws or regulations

    •    Breach of this Agreement

 

 

8. Order Review & Refusal

 

Starline Chems reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or terminate any order suspected of being intended for improper, unlawful, or non-research use.

 

 

9. No Redistribution

 

Buyer agrees not to resell, transfer, distribute, or otherwise provide Starline Chems products to any third party for non-research use or in violation of applicable laws.

 

 

10. Binding Agreement

 

This Declaration constitutes a legally binding agreement between Starline Chems and Buyer. By completing a purchase, Buyer affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein.
