Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every product undergoes quality control and verification. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are attached directly to each product listing — no email request required. A COA includes HPLC purity data and identity verification confirming the compound matches what’s on the label. You can review the COA for any product before you purchase.

How are products handled and stored before shipping?
All compounds are handled in small batches under strict verification standards to maintain consistency and purity. Products are stored in conditions appropriate to each compound’s stability requirements and packaged with care to protect integrity during transit.
What form do products come in?
All research peptides and bundles come as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, unless otherwise specified. Our nasal spray products come pre-mixed in solution — no reconstitution required for those. Reconstitution supplies such as Bacteriostatic Water are available in our Research Supplies section when in stock.

Is the coach affiliated with Starline Chems financially?
No. The coaching partnership is a mutual referral arrangement — we promote each other but neither party earns commission from the other. The coach’s services are priced independently and Starline Chems receives no revenue from them.

How do I pay with cryptocurrency?
At checkout, select INVOICE as your payment method. You’ll receive an invoice with instructions to complete your crypto payment. We accept multiple coins — if you have a question about a specific currency, email us at Starlinesales@starlinechems.com before ordering. Crypto payments give you full transaction privacy. Your payment details are never stored or shared.
Do you accept card payments?

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified before they ship. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be altered or canceled. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at Starlinesales@starlinechems.com — the sooner you reach out, the more likely we can catch it before dispatch.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once products have shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us immediately with photos and your order details. We will make it right.

What is the difference between nasal sprays and lyophilized vials?
Lyophilized powder vials require reconstitution with Bacteriostatic Water or Acetic Acid before use. Nasal spray formats are pre-mixed in solution and ready to use immediately — each spray delivers a precise 200mcg actuation. Nasal delivery has been studied for certain compounds like Semax and Selank due to the olfactory pathway’s proximity to the central nervous system.
Some products show as sold out — when will they restock?

Are bundles available if one compound is sold out?
Bundles that contain a sold-out compound are listed as unavailable until all components are back in stock. We don’t ship partial bundles. Use the “Notify Me” feature on the bundle page to be alerted when it’s fully available again.
Why are some compounds listed under catalog codes like GLP3-RT?
Some compounds are listed under internal catalog codes for compliance purposes. GLP3-RT references a GLP-1/GIP dual agonist class compound. GLP2-TZ references a GLP-2 receptor agonist class compound. Email us if you have questions about what a specific catalog code corresponds to.
