How fast does my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM ship the next business day. This is one of the fastest fulfillment windows in the research peptide space. We know your timeline matters and we don’t sit on orders.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes — every single order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no Starline Chems branding, no product names, and no identifying labels on the exterior of any shipment. Your privacy is protected by design on every order we send.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $300 ship free. Domestic orders are shipped via 2-Day Air service once processed. Most bundle orders qualify for free shipping automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available with delivery times typically ranging 2–3 weeks after dispatch depending on destination and customs processing. Customers are solely responsible for verifying that products are legal to import and possess in their jurisdiction. Starline Chems is not responsible for customs seizures, delays, or regulatory issues in the destination country.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is provided with every shipment once your order has been dispatched. You’ll receive this in your order confirmation and shipping notification email.
