Starline Chems ships domestically within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation
• Standard shipping transit is 2-5 business days depending on location
• All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external branding
• Tracking information is provided via email upon shipment
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Orders seized by law enforcement or customs are not eligible for refund or replacement

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.

Due to the nature of research peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
• Refunds or replacements for verified damaged/incorrect items will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Orders cancelled within 2 hours of placement and before processing will receive a full refund
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Starline Chems makes reasonable efforts to ensure product quality through third-party testing. All Certificates of Analysis are issued by independent, accredited laboratories and are available for review in our COA section.
