IGF1-LR3 1MG
IGF-1 LR3 (Long Arginine 3 - Insulin-like Growth Factor 1) is a synthetic analog of human IGF-1, modified with an arginine substitution at position 3 and an extended 13-amino acid N-terminal sequence. This modification significantly reduces binding affinity to IGF-1 binding proteins, resulting in a prolonged half-life compared to native IGF-1 in in vitro models.
IGF-1 LR3 has been studied extensively in cell culture and animal research models for its role in IGF-1 receptor binding, downstream signaling through the PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK pathways, and its interactions with insulin receptor substrates. Published preclinical literature has examined its effects on protein synthesis signaling, cellular proliferation, and glucose uptake in experimental tissue models.
Starline Chems supplies IGF-1 LR3 as a lyophilized research-grade compound for use in qualified laboratory settings only. This product is COA verified. Please refer to the product listing photos for test documentation.
